Almost famous

Around 2009 I was nursing a broken heart (surprise surprise) so 2 friends took me out for Sunday Funday. It was sloppy but soooooooo much fun. We started with brunch and then bouncing around to meet different friends at different places. We landed at our local watering hole to see a band that Mary (you’re shocked, I know) wanted to see. This particular musician is the son of a very famous musician. I won’t mention his name here, but it rhymes with Billy Melson. He is adorable and has an amazing voice. Truly, if you’ve never heard his music, go look it up NOW. Anyway, we drank and watched him perform. He played the guitar with his teeth at one point. It was sexy and gross. After he was finished, we all hug out for a while. LN, us, the bar owner (who is a friend), other people. It was fun. I was signing autographs for people, because why wouldn’t I? He was, so I should too. We were getting flirty, and he kept putting me in his lap.  He had to leave to go to the next show, so I walked out with him and we ended up kissing for waaaaaay too long. As this was happening, the bar owner walked by and said something about him being underage…not again…..yep, he was 19! I swear I don’t mean to keep Mrs. Robinson-ing these boys! It just happens!! He tried to get me to get on his tour bus with him, I declined. We kept in touch for a while after that, but I am sure he has forgotten me by now. Shortly after that I had the worst case of strep/tonsilitis of my life. Most likely from him playing the guitar with his teeth! It ultimately led to me having my tonsils removed. As an adult….I DO NOT recommend.
